Once an order has been placed in Amazon and paid by the customer, are there steps the seller needs to make or is it automated? In Amazon Seller Central the order is listed as unshipped and asking for confirmation of shipment. It's listed as unfulfilled in Shopify.

The Printfull recommendation sounds promising. Anyone else use them and have a good experience? I was doubtful with them since my research turned up so much negativity with them. There doesn't seem to be many PODs with high recos in Shopify, even though there seems to be quite a few to choose from.
