I did get a hold of the seller. Unfortunately, Amazon put a block on all reviews with my account so his reviewers were unable to leave any of their reviews. I would have appreciated more prompt communication, but the seller did eventually respond and we worked it out.

You cannot REQUIRE a review, but you can ask for a review in exchange for a discounted or free product. Its the same as following up with customers after a sale. You can ask them for their feedback but you can't require that they leave a review. Hope this helps!

Usually people private label their products and ship them to Amaozn for resale. You can buiild a brand through Amazon and then start to move traffic to your own platform.
