Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think (from my experience) it has something to do with the engagement rate on your content and how fast your audience engages with the content.
So it's not about how many likes you get, but about engagement.
Try Google - it knows more than I know.
Look for unfollow bots that offer free trials. Free is not always the best solution though since the services will be pretty limited (as in time, unfollows etc.)
Im in a few of them - been in rounds with 100+ members. Can't really say that my posts got as many likes as you mentioned.
