Fast forward 4 days and still no resolution. The support tickets are a joke, takes them 4 days to reply back with, "What email did you use with Paypal?" When it clearly shows what email I used in the screenshot I attached to the support ticket.

Been 2 days since I made my payment and no deposit as yet. Created a support ticket the same day but they haven't gotten around to that as well.

Awesome customer service is an understatement. I signed up to use their proxies with amazon but unfortunately, my tool was not supporting these proxies. Took one email and the refund was issued. Don't hesitate to give them your business.
