Nope, there is no panel that sells IG followers cheaper than $0.45/1k (and you know that one). Closest are $0.5-0.6/1k. Trust me, I monitor up to 40 panels' pricelists daily.

Guys, have you tried posting your offer comments under targeted popular videos and upvoting it, so it would be the top comment? I know YouTube doesn't like comments with links - asks channel owner for comment approvement - but is there a way to solve this? Saw some guys using links to G+ pages...
