I have one more question and I am unable to figure out the answer. As the domains in PBN restricts Google bots from crawling, then how the links juices are passed to the money site shooting the rank? Technically Google is not allowed to take any info from that domain which is a part of PBNs...

Thanks a ton for your reply. Few more questions. 1) If one is not an expert, outsourcing the PBN creation service sound better? 2) What factors to consider when choosing an expert? 3) Has anyone tried outsourcing?
