sorry I was thinking about .com, .net,.hr... I cant find provider that can offer .hr (for Croatia)

I have been searching for past two days about domains and hosting, I am from Croatia and I want my domain to have Croatian TLC but all popular domain sellers don't sell it... can somebody advise me?
