I write and also suggest that you write different articles for links to directories. Make the articles unique and with catchy titles.

Tips: Don't stuff the articles with keywords. If the keyword is affordable domains then do a variety off that one such as: cheap domain name, inexpensive domain and so on. Don't always mention the main keyword a few times. Make variations of it. Google loves content that is fresh and flows...

I am finding it's much easier to do your own word press sites and then just submit them to article directories and get high quality link backs. Most micro niche sites end up just being flipped after a time. I know now how to make word press sites, write the content for them and then submit them...
