This is what i do, in the fitness (smoking hot females working out) im getting around 650-700 followers per day each on 10 accounts. Thats with 750 follows and 900 likes. When unfollowing i get 300-400 from just liking. I could only do this by figuring out the best follow sources.

People would have shared your post on facebook because its easier and they liked the video/picture/post. I dont think any large pages on IG will give you a free shoutout but if you are big enough you can do sfs

I only ever had one account permanently banned for a post that "violated the terms" The model was naked but she was covered by her pose. So i think as long as they have no less than a g-string or a bikini on you will be fine :D
