A few months back I created an Amazon Merch account and have been successful enough to have 100 t-shirt designs, and growing, and I am looking to start selling on some other marketplaces.
I would like to start with Etsy as I think it's an ideal marketplace for some of the designs I sell...
I actually just got hit by one of these. I thought I would try having the buyer take a picture of himself with his ID and a piece of paper with my company's name on it and they still sided with him. Its stupid.
They could if they have an amazon merch account but that's not so easy. They won't necessarily get an account approved and the approval process takes forever.
So I just got my amazon merch account approved and I'm looking to make some money with it. The problem is that I am not a graphics designer.
Therefore I'm looking for a capable designer with some ideas. I am looking for an actual designer, not somebody who is going to copy designs from another...

If you are selling digital products its extremely difficult, and realistically eBay is not an option because of this. If its a physical product and you use a tracked delivery method you are covered by Paypal seller protection.

I sold digital goods for a few months last year and I talked to PayPal about it and if the buyer files an "Item not received" complaint you have no chance of winning the case. I agree though, you would be much better off using a bank transfer.
