I took conversions ad. The predicted reach from the ad is 1.5mil people, so I should be golden with it. Will wait for a day or two without doing anything to the ad and if the problem persists I will try to contact customer support about this. P.S they reactivated my account just now.

Well my impatience fucked me right up the ass. Facebook disabled my account because me fiddling with it too much and they got suspicious about it. So I had to provide my ID and all that other crap. Now I have to wait till they reactivate my account... Thanks for all your help guys, it was my own...

The ad is new, it's active and the budged can't be too low, because there weren't any impressions and the predicted reach is a couple million people. I will leave it like this till tomorrow.
