The 1 domain per account is to leave less of a footprint. If you use 1 domain for multiple accounts and that domain gets flagged, then probably all the accounts with that link in de bio will be banned. Also OP suggested to make the landing page a web 2.0. If it gets flagged, you can just drop it...

It's already explained in this thread. It don't have to be necessarily NON-PVA, but since you have a 100% change to get a PV when you are using the accounts, it's a waist of money to buy PVA. Dude, read the whole thread. Everything to know is written down there.

Yes, but shorteners can still work. Just use the less common ones. Not bitly for example. Domain or web2.0 link is also possible, but you want to monitor the clicks to your landing page to check your ctr.

It looks like the IG bot checks the content of the page you link to from the bio. However it doesn't follow the outbound links on your prelander. They may be check if the domain is flagged of the outbound links, but they don't check the content of those pages.
