Massplanner is better than instagress?

I quote but I noticed that if you don't have credibility they play your same game (follow/unfollow). Growing fast with correct target you could reach 10k followers gaining credibility.

In my experience (1198 followers) growing manual is very difficult, people follow me because I follow them in most cases. Maybe growing thanks to bot I could reach 4-5000 low quality followers but gaining credibility. What do you think?
