I don't think Upwork itself sucks. I think that some of the freelancers and clients made it suck by underbidding etc. Which made Upwork a place for low cost and poor quality - That's a monopoly for you. But i'm going to stay on it as it does has loads of clients and Im toprated but I found loads...
