Bing DO track IPs. Especially if you are using virtual credit cards (VCCs) to create Bing accounts, there is a very high chance that Bing will ban your Ads account for using the same IP.

I think Mancar's guide covers almost everything when it comes to selecting cb offers. Remember, since bing is mostly used by senior/elderly people, choose offers that cater that market. Health and money making offers works best with bing traffic.

You are making a good progress OP! Bing Ads works great with Clickbank if you are promoting the right offers. Try to get a $200 bing coupon and test your campaigns, track the keywords that converts and then scale it up. Good luck with your journey!
