I agree with this. I have 99K account (not in groups/powerlikes/shoutouts etc) and my lowest engagement as of now is 6% and that rarely happen. Normally I got between 8-15&%. My highest is between 20-25% :). The secret is carefully picking every photo you post.

I started it on last december (10months ago). My technique is not different to others, follow/unfollow people who likes photo related to your niche. As of now i donot follow anymore as I am comfortable with 800-1000 followers/day. My problem is I didn't earn enough :(
