No response after 2 days, still can't activate plugin

So I am looking for wordpress (it's a must) hosting where I would just embed my stream from youtube/ustream etc. So hosting should ignore DMCA ( if possible, but not must ) and have possiblity to install wordpress. I would very appreciate if any of you could recommend me some hosting like this...
