This is why I use my real info and protect. I want to guarantee personal ownership of my domains and not lose an argument about ownership because I lied and used a fake name. After all, there's no harm having the domains associated to you if you can hide your whois from the world.

From what I understand your domain is prohibited from being transferred for 60 days from the initial registration (or change in registrar info). I'd look to see if you're eligible for transfer and then move the domain to a more friendly host.
