What are you afraid of? You will have to learn this anyway. So if you mess up you can learn from it. If u mess up or dont meet up you'll prob lose the client either way. You dont really need to be a salesman. The meetup is for trust not to sell.

im a getting into this 'flipping biz' as well i would buy something from alibaba and then sell in on ebay only problem is the risk involved ordering bulk stuff from overseas, alibaba is a risk itself anyway there are no cheap retail stores near my area, so i see no possibilities in dropshipping

if youre buying to sell with profit you really have to calculate this as risk now alibaba is in the market so i dont know if they have better policies and moderating but a lot of sellers arent trustworthy even the gold ones anyways, its impossible to tell in this early stage
