@Pinger030 and @GringoMonkey: When you make a CreateSpace book, do you also let Amazon import the file so that it creates an Amazon eBook version of the printed book? Or do you upload the eBook version directly Amazon? Or do you do both (so that there are two "editions" of the eBook)?

Is this resolved for you? I'm having a different problem today: new books get taken out of InReview and put back into Drafts. Basically, the "save and publish" button that you check at the very end is getting unchecked while it's in the InReview stage.
