$100 spent on Bing Ads but $0 earned, what's wrong?
a word of advice when it comes to Bing Ads. Get off the Affiliate Partners networks. this is where your money go. From Adgroup level uncheck afilite partners, thus all your money will be spent on Bing and yahoo only. May see lower impressions but believe me the conversions are high -

Contact support, 99% of the time the account is on pending review. Usually if the address provided and cc don't match, or the account is prepay. resolution usually within 4 hours source: ex bing ads employee- muiere2
