Hire a freelancer from BHW who will find niche related sites then filter them according to your preference. Some guys will do it for a few bucks.

If you must use a tool then GSA.

After changing the settings it is advised by woocomerce to use a wordpress plugin to regenerate the thumbnails.

I use Market Samurai .. it makes the work easier. But their is no magic tool .. you will have to make a decision using your better judgement.

There are some options in woocommerce settings to turn off image scaling, also you can select image size etc. Try a woocommerce supported theme. Woocommerce team has some very good theme at their website for free. A little modification and they may fit your needs.
