i am from Russia )))) Answer is - write a lot of articles with your keyword. Use US seo for russian keywords. Also sucess depends on your niche. Best of the best is use your trademarks or model numbers and so on because if i write some text on english i get a lot of english results in SERP...- Vadim2222
