Hi, new here. I had the same issue. You can't use VCC to get the account going. It needs a person and address. Obviously it gets messy when you're using someone else's name and credit card. What you can do is 2 things: 1. Open the account with a friends CC, but add VCC as a secondary...- BillyFisher
