Interesting post but I think this is a little over the top unless a site is habitually stealing images and copying word for word recipe content from other sites. Ask permission to use the info and offer to provide a back link is the best policy.

totally agree with mudbutt. Doing something so obvious and blatant is just asking to get caught. Never leave a trail your competitor can easily see if your going to attempt this.
