Let's say that my titles are optimized to capture the attention of the visitor so the click rate increase as high as 40%-50%. This means that I will get around 500-600 visitors from google. If 25 out of these 500 people purchase an item , the purchase rate wll be 5% which is realistic number.

Thank you! I think the competition level is very low. Most of the keywords have forums on the top positions and some have niche site with weak backlinking profile.
