You're right: just tried to follow manually from one of these account and i got "you can't follow more people right now" etc etc. I didn't reached the limit of 5.000 follow btw. Do you know what hourly/daily limits twitter use? EDIT: or what can be a "safe" limit of follow/unfollow?

I'm sure my list have valid ID's. What is strange is that i've 30 accounts, every account follow 40 people then stop for 30 min and start again.
