The main benefit of having a load of likes/tweets/+1s is social proof. Makes your website look legit and popular. Has a big psychological effect.

Many **** it up with their anchor text and using a load of .ru and .ua domains. Brand/URL anchor text needs to make up the majority. And Google doesn't penalise for PR links. Think about it, too many natural sites get plenty of PR links fast all the time. It's when 80% of the anchor text is...

Well yes obviously a page/domain with a manual webspam penalty will retain it even when deleted. I was referring to deleted domains that were never penalised.

Your English is quite bad so I'm skeptical that you have high quality content on your website. Don't mean to be harsh just telling you the truth.

Google models the internet as pages connected by backlinks. Does the page currently exist? No. Are the high PR links to it still there? Yes. Then make a site on the domain. Now the page does exist and once it's indexed again, it passes linkjuice from from high PR links going to it. Yippee, SEO...
