Thanks but everything cost a lot and it takes lots of time. Plus a lot of traffic sites are not legit. If I could find a reasonable priced traffic site that was legit and targeted to my services. I hear solo ads are good too but again it all can cost a lot and is a gamble.

I highly recommend a software called Extreme Picture Finder and it is fast, of course that depends on how fast your internet speeds are. But I have had great results using it for the past year. I get thousands of images at a time. Try it if you can. And it's reasonably priced too.

Web Data Extraction software from automationanywhere is a great software, pricey but very good. A few of my friends use it and are very happy with it. I have not personally tried it yet though.
