Yeah you are right. Thats why I've build a 3 tier linkwheel that is quite 'safe' I would say. I've started linking to the video 1.5 to 2 weeks ago. By the way, it was just impatience on my side because I checked today and I am ranking 3th for both keywords in Google SERP.

There are three videos on the first page. All of them are less optimized, have less views, comments, likes and shares and they have no significant amount of backlinks. Also, They have all been created in the last 6 months.
