PPI is pay per install. This means your file is bundled with a software or something the user has to install. Benefits to this are no surveys and some people claim higher conversions. A good place to start learning about this would be this thread here...

The best thing you could do in this situation would be to create a landing page, upload the file to mediafire and then lock the link with something like content locker pro. Most PPD networks don't have large upload limits, and 500+ Mbs is way too much. As for no surveys, I suggest looking into...
