Can we give the likes to someone we know ?

1-3k unique visits and 100 clicks will feel too much ? Besides unlike me that i don't get fake FB packages others do and it's bright as day that they do, yet marketing people don't care so i doubt they will care about this as long as they can present it to their superiors :)
