Not all links are going to money site. Only 5 links that are you making in tier 1 goes to your site. Rest are just to boost those links. Sure you can get some social presence fb, twitter, G+,digg. You can get all these with social exchange sites. Have patience, you will rank.

It wont hurt your page either if you do it slowly. Do not just add 10k or 20k fans in an hour or so. Talking about website, untill unless you dont find real audience, you cannot expect serps or traffic.

You need to give some gap in every tier links to make it look more natural.

Since there are no bots on that site and there are genuine people liking your page then i would say you can generate a bit of traffic. But my advice to you would be to add enough fans to your page and then build audience through natural spam. Surely generate traffic.

Think for yourself, you will waste time coding each and every thing to look better, on the other side you can it all in one go plus there are lots of themes and plugins which can make it far better than a basic html or php site.

You can use social exchange sites like amf and YLH. I dont think there is anything wrong using them.
