Welcome. If you already know Meta and Google ads, TikTok will probably be more about creative testing than just campaign settings.
What kind of offers or niches are you testing with new traffic sources?
The bigger question is whether the page has anything real behind it.
Real examples, product knowledge, screenshots, testing, pricing details, mistakes learned, a clear opinion....that matters more than just sounding clean.
Deleting helped more than adding. A lot of writing gets worse because we try too hard to sound smart.
If a sentence does not make the idea clearer or more useful, I cut it. People enjoy articles that get to the point.
Foreign backlinks are not automatically bad. If they came from real sites and match the old topic, fine.
If the anchors are random casino/pharma/adult stuff, or the domain used to be in a totally different niche, I’d be careful before building on it.
SEO metrics can make a domain look stronger than it really is. Old age, backlinks, or past traffic are useful only when the old topic, link profile, and future use still make sense together.
If the domain cannot fit a real site, offer, or buyer intent, the SEO value becomes much weaker.
A domain can look useful before a project starts.
Then traffic, trust, monetization, or buyer interest gives a different answer.
For SEO or affiliate projects, what experience changed the kind of domains you buy now?
Would I still want this link if Google ignored it? If the page has real readers and the link could send the right visitor, then it is probably worth something.
Tier-2 works better as an indexing push than a direct ranking weapon. If the guest post is good but not getting much attention, some relevant links behind it can help.
I'd just watch if the rankings hold after a few more weeks.
I’d start with a small test site. 5-10 pages, one clear topic, simple structure. You learn faster when you can see what Google actually indexes, what gets impressions, and what gets ignored.
