They banned my account too. One day I received funds which were then held by paypal. I called the guy who sent it and he cleared it out with paypal but my account remained limited. Great post from OP. I have a question though: I mistakenly used IP hiding software (HMA) when logging inside a paypal of mine which was already limited at the time. Will they notice this even if the account was already limited? I dont want to be banned.

In my country Payoneer worked for verifiying paypal, but it would not let me withdraw to it. That was few years ago though hope that changed because I plan to try it out again.
