Some of the more advanced networks allow this on the fly/automated so just YOUR aff links have the pixel inserted on the payment page. I believe this is also a standard feature of DirectTrack based networks (COPEAC, Clickbooth, etc.) -

Finance leads for $15-30 per first or second page submit. Would not recommend sendinging BS leads though as they will be caught very quickly.
