This service is a complete scam. After I bought the service didn't work. The seller ignored my emails until I posted in this thread. He will now not respond to cancel my subscription. I've had to report him to stripe. On top of this they give you full blocks /64's....these are not the correct...

It's working now. Service works great. It's a real shame the on-boarding process was so poor. If that was smooth i'd be blown away right now.

Also your system doesn't even provide a ticket number lol...all i see is "Your message was sent successfully!"

What's your email...I've submitted 3 tickets now...seriously how hard is it to setup a reliable ticketing system

just signed up and nothing works....407 error code on existing availability zones and connection refused when I create a pool from a custom zone...also the UI locks up on any pool operations...whats going on here...not a good first impression

I have the exact same problem....this service is really unreliable....an hour of good speed then nothing for hours

Storm proxies has been down all day. The US and EU gateway IPS are timeing out or returning an error...contacted support but no help...going on 6 hours now.
