Thank you for the summary! As you should know, explaining every single one of these processes would require an entire course. I wanted to give back to the forum and show what works for my agency. I'm sorry if my attempt to help people on the forum offended you. I will avoid contributing in the...
This is the grey hat debate of the century - not trying to be annoying, but it really depends. A quality 301 is less maintenance and will flow the most authority to a website. However, it gets super sketchy when you have more than a few 301s. I have personally used 301 redirects on tier one web...
That's a good question. Based on our tests with "churn and burn" campaigns, the unoptimized approach not only works more effectively, but it will also keep your site unpenalized for longer periods of time. The crazy aggressive anchor text approach doesn't really work anymore. Even for hardcore...

GWT doesn't show all your link data. The only thing that matters is whether the link is indexed in Google or not. Web 2.0s alone typically won't be enough to rank in competitive niches. You will need other quality, relevant links.
If it makes you feel better, I will bump this thread at the end of 2016 showing you that the techniques above still work. The reason why it's 2016 is because 2016 is only a month and half away. I can assure you, these strategies will continue working for the next month and half.

Personally, I would never directly hit a site with SAPE. Expired domains with relevant Topical Trust Flow topic will destroy SAPE links any day of the week. If you do decide to use SAPE, then the anchor text ratios are dependent on whether you are using them on tier one or two. If it's tier one...
I didn't even realize - I did it subconsciously because I thought I was still blackhat, but I'm actually not anymore :P - hopefully the mods will move it
Notice how my language was passive in that statement (likely, most). I did for the sole reason that someone like you might take it as a matter-of-fact statement.
