from my experience those domains are not worth anything. unless they have revenue. selling just the domain is very difficult to find a buyer.

if its a generic domain , ie a keyword, then you should be ok. if it's a trademark name, then you could get an UDRP.

it doesn't say refund, it says "Resolve" an orange button and the page was asking me to respond. I filled out a form explaining what happened to PayPal. Just thought it was confusing, no confirmation or indication I was refunding the money.
