I dont understand what to do in the part where we find the location of the folder for Tumblr.txt I'm not a good coder so I dont understand what to do ; can someone run me through the whole process?

hey, I used the first code before on tumblr and followed a lot of people. now when i go back to firefox to follow more people, it opens a new page instead of staying in the same window. also, when the page is opened, it does not follow the user. help please ?
