    I need Local SEO advise

Honestly, I'd be willing to be that it'd be pretty easy to rank for that, unless you're in a major city. Find a basic Google Places e-book or video course and that should tell you enough to get you to page 1 for that term.

Realistic Pricing for Mobile Website Creation?

I'd say $200-$500 is good, if you're just selling it as a mobile site. With a simple twist, and a great USP, you can easily turn that into $1500-$2000 for the same mobile site though. It's all in how you frame it. More and more business owners are being bombarded with pitches for mobile sites...

Startup: Online Reputation Management or Mobile Development?

I'd hammer mobile sites. It's an easier sell, from my experience, and it opens the door naturally to Google+ Local/mobile search optimization. You can always upsell rep management and all sorts of other things as well, but I just think mobile is an easier in.

    Newbie to local

A good place to start would be businesses that don't yet have mobile optimized websites. It's generally the easiest lead-in sale, from my experience, with the next natural progression/upsell being Google+ Local optimization, so their new mobile site can be found in mobile search. As mentioned by...

Anyone Else Seeing Their Exact Match Domains Disappear in Google?

It's no wonder a lot of you are bitching, considering some of the things you are suggesting. Change your outlook on life, and then change your way of doing business. Put out high quality content that generates social signals, and you'll set yourself up nicely for the long run. Anything else, and...
