Looks like my shared hosting sites are back online. Not sure if its just me, you guys can check yours if they came back.

I have 4 hosting with them, and I can see only my shared accounts got issues. Resellers are alright, although it seems like they are responding slow.

Using public proxies for scraping. Although it takes longer than the private proxies. Don't really want my private proxies to be banned for scraping. The only option seems public proxies.

Filters are everything IMO for russian network links. I have used many of the networks like SAPE, and didn't just buy them all whatever comes first. They still work like charm when used carefully. People are just one step away to tank their site if not used with care. You have done a good job...

Duplicated content is never desired, in ANY cases.
