Ya, i know domains are still ok, but ahrefs is causing me issues now. Almost impossible to explain to client who is not deeply in SEO, why da hell did i link to them from a DR0 site. Seems that only way is to show to ahrefs that site is there to stay and build it up. :D

So based on your reply, buying expired domains with good links and metrics will get you nowhere, its comes to same as buying the fresh domain. I just don't believe that. p.s. the sites are getting traffic, new content and links, its just DR that dropped, and its hard to justify links from there...

I have used some expired domains to make website ( mostly for pbns) and never had problems with ahrefs untill recently. I see that all of the domains got their DR dropped to 0 or near 0. Backlinks and all is still there, Any ideas whats up? what am i missing, and how to restore that DR ?
