Followers might look good on paper, but it was really the connections that open doors. In my opinion 200 followers who knows what u were doing is way better than a million quiet followers.

imo, the main problem is getting the outreach to feel personalized rather than mass mailed. Using a small list and engaging in conversation works much better than sending out generic connection requests.

Yeah, the volume is insane but I believes that the generic stuff is the one that is not getting noticed. A small account with gud character can easily break through.
