I just use an old phone for different accounts, seems to work fine for me. Or if you're on android, a factory reset usually does the trick. Not sure about iOS though.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. Feels like you finally figure out what works, and then they switch it up again. I just try to stay consistent and not overthink every little change. It's exhausting chasing it all the time.

I feel like captchas are annoying but probably not the main reason for slowdown. It's more likely a coincidence tbh.

Interesting move by Telegram. Not sure how many people would actually use it though — most folks already have their usernames and don't really need a whole zone.

Honestly I just use the default Windows one. The only time I see it is when I boot up the PC. After that it's buried under tabs and folders in about 10 seconds.
