There is a plugin for Wordpress but you will need to enter the translations manually... Depending on you niche a simple G translate copy/paste might do it. To be honest I can't remember the name of the plugin but I assume that you can find something at the plugin directory.

Actually if you start adding random users/emails to facebook your account gets blocked/suspended. This technique probably worked a few years ago but not anymore.
