From what I can remember YouTube will lift these sorts of bans after a while, but yeah you don't want to compromise the integrity of your channel with spam comments unfortunately. I assume a competitor could also "do that" to your page, so YouTube should clear it out, but this is just me...

honestly, i think consistency with good hooks, value, and targetting viral trends/memes on an ongoing basis. as they say "the path will reveal itself as you walk it"

yeah that sounds like the right thing to do, similar to other platforms where you just delete the contested post rather than disputing it

I think only for the first half hour or so, doesn't make sense algorithmically for posts to be boosted 5 years later
