it's much harder to run nutra campaigns at the moment on Google, but totally still worth it. as everybody mention, you have to be prepared and it might take longer than you would expected to successfully fix everything in your creatives / landings
I know for sure that they have integration with CJ, and so far it works fine. You can get their trial period and run some tests with your offers to see how it goes.
I also got some feedback from friends that traffic got horrible even though they tried to run in different ways, with different offers and approach (still Nutra though)
It's usually base + commission. And we did get funds.
Not sure about doing it alone though, but with a small team (2-3 people at least) it looks more bearable.
Try ask big networks about their in-house offers (some can lie to you tho :)). Research the direct advertises - the payouts are usually higher with them
I believe it depends on the GEO. Let's say for Thailand, it's usually joints and hemorrhoids, for Indonesian market - slimming or diabetes products. For Philippines - diabetes and hypertension products work fine, etc. Sometimes it's just pure luck and what approach you use for a specific offer.
Also agree with following Google Ads policies, it's quite strict when it comes to breaking any rules. And of course check the List of certified Google trackers in Google Ads Help, they listed all the certified trackers with domains there
