I have escalated it to a claim and must wait until September 3rd before it finalizes. So far nothing has been said by him. I told Paypal is was a Non-Receipt of Goods - Service claim. On the 3rd I will update.

I was also one of the investors. Luckily I invested 14 days before he disappeared so I was able to open a claim on Paypal, here's hoping it works. I was really disappointed with this, his plan looked like it might have worked but who knows how many people he sold it to. I'll report back after...
