Creating my own proxies? Is that cheap and easy to do?

I need to know why my Instagram accounts are getting insta-blocked. I think it's because of the quality of the IP from my mobile 4G proxy; the IPs seem to be pretty bad from what I've seen.

Do you know how I can get high-quality 4G mobile proxies where the IPs aren't all flagged for spam?
